The most useful dork is without doubt 'intitle:"Index of" whateveryouwant'. It will turn up warez, documents, Cisco IOS images ('intitle:"Index Of" inurl:ios .bin' would be one such search), mp3s, system backups (inurl:etc intitle:"index of" turns up some relatively interesting files). That said, this is something that really is little to add to, ihackstuff.com is pretty much the definitive guide.

On a side note, Excluded.org have an excellent library for automating searches that actually works (as opposed to every other god damn library or tool to search Google out there).
